Jean Paul, 23 years

Jean Paul recently completed his Bachelors degree. He owned a Cine movie as a student that he closed when Rwanda started experiencing electricity issues. He also owns a small tomato plantation  to earn money for his living.

He wishes to be a rich successful entrepreneur.

Rwanda Entrepreneur Profile: Arthur Rutera

Arthur, 35 years

Arthur was recently married and is a born again Christian. He has worked with PSI as an accountant, and World Vision as a financial analyst. Was a founder and chief editor of a school magazine while still in School in Nairobi.
He is now self-employed; owns the NFA ltd. company that deals with simple innovation tools to tap the natural resources and avail them to all. He sells technology to NGOs for their local beneficiaries for sustainable development programs (microbiological water filters and solar lanterns).

Rwanda Entrepreneur Profile: Jean Claude Rubagumya Nyangenzi

Jean Claude, 42 years

Jean Claude is married and a father of 3. He holds a Bachelors degree in Management. He has worked with the UNDP, and Caisse Sociale du Rwanda. He has also worked with the Rwanda Revenue Authority since 2001 as a Business Analyst, senior Analyst; then the IT, Procurement, contract and project Administration manager.  

He now works with RDB in one of its business development services centers as a Manager. He owns 5 hectares of land in which he exploits wood and wishes to expand his business and invest in agribusiness.

Richard Gasana, 38 years

Richard is married and a father of 3. He has a Bachelors degree in school planning and administration.  He has worked as a teacher in Kibungo and Kabwayi. He now works with the TUBAKUNDE NGO as a coordinator since 2008 that takes care of children with disabilities.
He has a business- a small shop of food, hygienic products and other household material and his goals are to increase his shop management skills, create an income generating project for TUBAKUNDE, and reduce poverty in his family.

Jean Bosco has a Masters in Economics and has worked as a business manager in BPR, and an Assistant lecturer at ULK. He now works with KCB as the Regional business manager.
He is the president of his Church compassion project that seeks to deliver children from poverty.

Charles, 33 years

Charles is a born again Christian, is married, and has one child. He has a Masters in Communication management. He has worked with MTN as radio and transmission engineer (later a Transmission manager).
He owns the ‘United Consultants Group‘ company that delivers services and products in the fields of agriculture, animals, forestry, information and communication, management consultancy research, market search & public opinion polling.
The most important thing for Charles is to bring as many people as possible to God.
